By Sophie Kersey: The shop closed in September 1963.It was owned by my Great Grandfather. My father's cousin Carys ran the shop during that summer while caring for her mother. After her mother died, she returned to her secretarial job, and the shop was closed. By David Jagger: I stayed in this shop around 1964/65 when it was owned by a Rev in Herefordshire. It still had the advertising plates for some well known brands on its walls at the time. David Jagger.
