Not ruined, for sale, but in dire need of not only modernization but also structural work - one gable end is bulging quite alarmingly but this possibly may just be dampness behind the render and thus is coming away.

By oldskool: spotted this will out near the reserviour. the end wall has now fallen down. the trouble with building on uneven land i guess. the barn infront has large cracks in the wall too. shame as its a lovely area to live. By Jonathan Clarke: The back wall has now colaspsed at Hirnant. The farmer was there who said that the cottage was terribly damp. He asked me if I wanted to buy it? By Ioan Lord: Hirnant has now been completely demolished. Only the barn in front remains.
