A house much ruined, sitting adjacent to Cae-Glas and first came to notice only a short while ago. I used to visit Cae-glas in the mid-1980's where a school friend lived and have no, or little, recollection of this property. A few outbuildings, also much ruined and partically built of clom as seen here.

By Sharon Lewis: Hi. Really enjoy your photos. I live and was brought up over the hill from Gaeglas. I always believed that Cefn Caeau was the old Cob cottage that was further down the lane. It was still standing until the late 70s. I used to ride a circular route on my pony past Cefn Caeau Cae Glas and over the hill home. In the days when farmers didn't mind, before they fenced off all the old gates. Thank you for this great site.
