A house much ruined, sitting adjacent to Cae-Glas and first came to notice only a short while ago. I used to visit Cae-glas in the mid-1980's where a school friend lived and have no, or little, recollection of this property. A few outbuildings, also much ruined and partically built of clom as seen here.

By Emma: My great grandmother’s brother lived here in the 1940’s. It’s possible he was the last owner of the property. Is it possible to gain access to the location without trespassing?
